Protect Your Skin with Safe Harbor Sunscreen

We should all wear sunscreen – every day – regardless of sun, rain, etc. Especially now when it is summer and we are all out in the hot sun more often. But really, you should wear sunscreen every day to protect your skin from the damaging rays of the sun!

Let me introduce you to my new favorite scunsceen: Safe Harbo. Safe Harboe offers a full line of suncare products AND they are affordable!

Safe Harbor Natural Suncare is an advanced range of sun care products made with natural mineral UV filters, combined with a rich blend of natural ingredients such as age-defying anti-oxidants. Including red algae, green tea, sea buckthorn, jojoba oil, chamomile and more, all proven to soothe, nourish and protect skin. All Safe Harbor products are hypoallergenic, water-resistant, paraben-free. Plus they are free from chemical filters, while still providing broad-spectrum protection against harmful, skin-aging UVA and UVB rays.

Safe Harbor Face and Neck Cream SPF 40 with Natural Anti-aging Complex ($7.99 for 3 fl oz)

This sunscreen does a lot, it offers solid broad-spectrum protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays from zinc oxide (3.5%) and titanium dioxide (12.35%). It is lightweight, antioxidant-rich formula that moisturizes nicely without leaving your face feeling greasy. The only drawback is the noticeable white cast it leaves behind from the zinc oxide. BUT if you use it as a makeup primer or mix it with a little facial moisturizer you can eliminate the white cast.

Safe harbor Baby & Kids SPF 50 with Natural Moisturizing Complex ($7.99 for 3 fl oz)

Formulated especially for children’s young and tender skin. It includes 100% naturally sourced chemical-free sunscreen actives. Along with gentle moisturizing nutrients such as jojoba oil, chamomile, lemon balm to protect and nourish growing skin. This one is also lightweight, absorbs quickly but does leave a slight white cast like the other formulas in the range. It has no fragrance, phthalates, petrochemicals, or parabens. So you can feel good about usig it on your little ones!
